Werth was convicted of two counts of production of child pornography and for coercion and enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity, as well as committing a crime involving a minor by a registered sex offender.

According to prosecutors, between January and June 2021, Werth persuaded, enticed, and coerced two underage girls to engage in sexually explicit conduct by producing child porn that was then sent to Werth using Internet-based apps he used to communicate with them.

His victims included girls who were between the ages of 11 and 15 years old, who he would send photos of other minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, flatter, and send cash card codes or lingerie and other outfits.

When he is sentenced, Werth will face a minimum sentence of 25 years and max of 50 in prison for producing child pornography with a previous convicted, followed by a mandatory 10-year sentence for the commission of a new offense involving a minor.
